OK, It's hot
Today I ran from the house to Leon Creek with my 40 oz. camel back. On my first sip one mile down the road the first burst was warm! I've talked about how it hasn't been too hot this summer. And it really hasn't compared to the last few years here in south Texas. But today it WAS hot. Although, for south Texas, it wasn't too humid. Those not originally from here would disagree, but 97 degrees and 45 percent humidity is not too bad for this Texas boy. I took the last sip of water from my camel back as I arrived home from a six miler.
